These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 3 Seasons Thai Bistro website and online ordering services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Online orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Please review your order carefully before submitting.
• Pickup times are estimates and may change based on kitchen volume.

Payments

Payments are processed through our payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout (including taxes, fees, and tips if selected).

Refunds and cancellations

If you need help with an order, contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or adjustments may be provided at our discretion depending on the issue and order status.

SMS / Text messaging program

3 Seasons Thai Bistro offers an SMS program that sends transactional messages about your order. You consent to this program directly with 3 Seasons Thai Bistro at checkout by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box. That box is unchecked by default, opting in is not a condition of any purchase, and your consent is specific to 3 Seasons Thai Bistro — it is not bundled into any other agreement or shared as a condition of another service.

Messages you may receive are transactional only: order confirmation, order acceptance, estimated pickup time, ready-for-pickup notifications, and secure payment links. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages (such as our SMS provider), solely to operate this program.

Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Seasons Thai Bistro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
